As the Founder of NET(net), Inc., Mr. Zolman pioneered the concept of IT Investment Optimization Service after seeing vast commercial inequities firsthand during his detailed work and management experience in some of the world’s largest technology firms.

Throughout his career at NET(net), Mr. Zolman has been committed to providing a bespoke and exceptional client experience while maintaining a specific focus on shaping research and development efforts by collaborating with client executives and partners to offer a global service with a pervasive capability. As such, NET(net) has become the world’s leading category expert in IT Cost and Value Optimization Services. 

Mr. Zolman served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2002-2012 and was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. During this time, the company returned 100,000% of shareholder equity and NET(net) was recognized as the industry leader, propelled by its partnerships and client acquisitions as well as its unparalleled results.

Mr. Zolman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and has received executive training in strategic deal-making, competitive decision-making, and global negotiations at Harvard Business School, an advanced and continuing education.

Kellsey Le has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NET(net) Inc. since 2013. She is responsible for aligning the entire organization to the goals and objectives of its commercial clients and integrating the functional teams to deliver exeptional value and impactful results. Ms. Le has served in multiple roles during her 15+ year tenure at NET(net) from managing client and partner relationships, leading Client Services and Professional Services functional groups, and most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer with global rollup responsibilities for all field and business operations.

Under Ms. Le’s leadership, NET(net) has over-achieved value and growth targets while maintaining excellent Client satisfaction rates in all measured categories and has been a key sponsor of the company’s high performance culture.  Furthermore, Ms. Le has been integral to the successful launch of several new lines of service at NET(net), including developing a prototype for the value delivery service model.  She led the process of creating the company’s Private Equity program, and has driven considerable achievements for the firm.  In addition, Ms. Le has also been critical to the success of NET(net)’s expansion into Europe.

Ms. Le has been awarded with NET(net)’s Most Valuable Person award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 for consistent overachievement of company goals and was promoted in 2007 to oversee the company’s client services operations globally.  She was promoted again in 2009 to NET(net)’s Chief Operating Officer.  She assumed the additional responsibilities of President and Chief Operating Officer on January 2011.

Prior to joining NET(net), Ms. Le worked in management roles at Computer Associates and has more than 15 years of experience managing high-performing teams.  Ms. Le is known for her energy, work ethic, passion for excellence, and delivery of exceptional client value with the highest standards, resulting in high client satisfaction.

Ms. Le graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.

Ms. Le is committed to many humanitarian issues, philanthropic interests, and charitable causes, including the Boys and Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity.  Ms. Le leads NET(net)’s integrated philanthropy programs and pursuits in this regard.


Susan Zolman

Vice President, Business Operations

As Vice President of Business Operations, Sue manages NET(net)’s back office functions and supply chain including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Administration on a global scale.

Sue’s previous experience includes 28 years with Huntington Bank.  She has a varied banking and financial services background including management, accounting, audit and lending.  She has a passion for excellence and has been instrumental in driving forward projects involving business process redesign and standardization.  Sue enjoys and places a high priority on developing productive business relationships.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in General Business, as well as an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree in Computer Information Systems.

She devotes some of her free time to visiting patients and families at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital with her registered therapy dog, a golden retriever named Flynn.

Mr. Welsh is the Executive Vice President of Value Delivery at NET(net).  Mr. Welsh has been with NET(net) since 2007 and currently leads NET(net)’s global services team with innovation and solutions for Clients.  Mr. Welsh has led the NET(net) services team in delivering incremental value of over $150 billion.

Mr. Welsh has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an International Business concentration.  Mr. Welsh’s accumulated his expertise by serving Clients for more than 23 years, including providing innovative IT and business solutions while at firms like Accenture and Diamond Technology Partners.

Dexter Siglin is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Enablement at NET(net).  In this role, he leads the effort in developing strategies, programs, and services that align with NET(net)’s strategic goals around delivering long term client value from it’s Find, Get, and Keep Value services.  In addition, he leads the Development team responsible for the WIN(win) Strategic Supplier Management platform.

Dexter has been working in the technology field for 20 years, starting his career at MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon Business), where he gained experience holding several leadership positions over the ensuing nine years, ending his tenure as the New England States Service Manager, Corporate Accounts.   

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CIO Magazine’s, CIO Executive Council, Dexter led a doubling of revenue and clients in four years along with the successful launch of several new products and services.  Following CIO, as part of the executive leadership team with then start up xPeerient, Dexter was instrumental in growing and managing the company’s client experience while simultaneously developing the underlying processes to manage them.  xPeerient was eventually acquired by NET(net).  Most recently at alfabet AG, Dexter led the North America sales team and its integration and acquisition by Software AG.

Before entering the professional world, Dexter spent several years living and going to school in Australia and Hong Kong, and has traveled extensively in Asia Pac. He received his B.S. in Management from Elmira College, and completed an International Management internship with McDonald’s & HAVI Corporation, Asia Pacific.  Dexter lives in the metro Boston, Massachusetts area with his wife and three children.

As General Manager Americas, Bob manages and oversees both the NET(net) Client Services and Value Teams.  His responsibilities include successful delivery of NET(net) services to clients, managing the new client acquisition team, and delivery of the Find / Get / Keep value process through project execution. Bob is spearheading the deployment of the WIN(win)(TM) technology-enabled business process throughout the NET(net) client base in order to integrate best practices for long-term value harvesting and strategic supplier management.  He also supports building relationships with business development and channel partners, as well as global strategic alliances with synergy partners.

Prior to joining NET(Net), Bob was the General Manager at a San Francisco–based Private Equity Fund. He has also worked for almost 25 years with several of the largest enterprise software suppliers, including SAP, PeopleSoft, in various strategy, sales and service delivery roles.  He started his career at American Management Systems (AMS) a large systems integrator managing large implementation project and product support.

Bob is located in California, holds a master’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science from Heidelberg University.

Eric Osterloh

Senior Vice President, Client Services

As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Eric is responsible for client relationship management and directing new client acquisitions in the Western U.S.  He also oversees and manages the success of several strategic partners.  Eric’s goals are to bring the right NET(net) solution to address clients’ needs, enabling the optimal economic and strategic value from their IT investments, while also ensuring client satisfaction and other key performance indicators for the firm.

Eric’s extensive 35 years of experience in the technology industry brings significant value to NET(net) and our clients. Focus areas include enterprise software sales and maintenance, building new business value, and developing partner relationships and solutions to exceed client expectations. Eric most recently served as the VP of Sales – West Region, for a consulting and managed services provider.  He has held numerous positions in sales, sales management, marketing, and project management at SAP, PeopleSoft, Successfactors, and other vertical market solutions.

With his diverse background and experience, he truly understands the value that NET(net) can deliver to clients from being on the other side of the table.  Eric has a BBA from PLU and minor in Computer Science.  Eric is based in Denver, CO.

In his role as SVP, Value Creation, leading the Infrastructure and Telecommunications practice at NET(net), Dave Young and the NET(net) team are laser focused on helping Clients maximize investments in communications and technical infrastructure technologies.  This is often accomplished by helping his clients rationalize and optimize infrastructure and telecom investments to ensure spending is rightsized and configured to purpose—and value is maximized.

Dave has 30 years of experience in IT, including significant expertise in the networking and telecommunications marketplace and in the design, planning, and implementation of the networked technical infrastructures. He brings a wealth of experience in information technology, first in IT leadership positions working for large enterprises in communications and technical infrastructure management, data center operations, and Chief Security Officer roles, followed by 17 years of IT-related consulting, serving on behalf of hundreds of clients in North America and overseas. He is also a skilled communicator and a subject matter expert on telecommunications history and policies.

Dave is a successful IT team leader, as well as a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience managing large and successful projects, notably large-scale network implementation efforts, data center implementations/relocations, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and technical enterprise architecture planning. He is a skilled negotiator in all things infrastructure and telecommunications, including storage, networking, servers, cloud services, data centers, MPLS, VoIP and related managed services.  His experience extends to assisting clients with Oracle and SAP hosting agreements, and with his background in application development, his skill reaches into negotiating Oracle-related systems integration and application management and support agreements.

Given his long tenure at NET(net), Dave has been instrumental in developing the telecommunications and IT technical infrastructure practice at NET(net) from the ground up, staking market leadership positions in telecommunications, data center and infrastructure, wide-area networking, ERP hosting, outsourcing and managed services investment value optimization. In addition to his Value Creation service delivery responsibilities for our clients, Dave has responsibilities for leadership in sales, recruiting, practice development, methodology development and business strategy planning at NET(net).

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Management Science and Master of Science in Telecommunications.

As the Sr. Vice President of Value Creation, Scott leads NET(net)’s efforts in helping Clients optimize their investments related to Microsoft and end user strategies, manages select Client engagements, and continually works to improve the Professional Services delivery methodologies for NET(net).

Scott’s professional background includes project management, process design and implementation (such as ITIL), software asset management (“SAM”), enterprise software solutions, IT service management and outsourcing, business process consulting, software licensing, and IT help desk operations consulting.

Prior to joining NET(net), Scott founded Microsoft Secrets, the leading independent consulting firm, providing expertise in Microsoft Licensing.

Scott holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Texas A&M, with minors in Economics, English, and German.

Fred Teekens

SVP of Value Creation

As the Senior Vice President of Value Creation for EMEA, Mr. Teekens is committed to providing a bespoke and exceptional client experience while maintaining a specific focus on Value Creation and development efforts by collaborating with Client executives.  As such, Mr. Teekens’ primary focus is on continuously delivering flawless execution for projects that will Find and Get Value for NET(net)’s client base. Prior to this role, Mr. Teekens served as the Manager of Procurement for IT Infrastructure at NN Group N.V., and was responsible for Global IT Infrastructure procurement,  global contracting for NN Group N.V., implementation of IT Asset Management and managing the procurement aspects of divestitures that took place between 2011-2014.

Mr. Teekens is an 18-year procurement veteran who combines solid industry vision with an ability to develop a deep understanding of Client’s needs while utilizing his strong negotiation skills to deliver exceptional value to clients. In addition, he has negotiation experience with the world largest IT Infrastructure providers and brings that background to benefit NET(net)’s Clients.

Mr. Teekens personal efforts will help strengthen NET(net)’s presence in the EMEA region while focusing on delivering exceptional value at every level while exceeding Client expectations in every way. NET(net)’s recognition as an Industry Leader has resulted from this type of unwavering dedication.  Mr. Teekens holds a Bachelor in Marketing Economics and he has received executive training in Defining and Implementing Strategies, High impact Performance, and continues to seek out educational opportunities that allow him to continue to grow his knowledge and expertise in providing world class service

As Senior Vice President in NET(net), Inc.’s Value Delivery group, Andrea is responsible for overseeing long-term client relationships as they relate to client engagement interactions, managing NET(net), Inc.’s core services resources, and ensuring complete client satisfaction throughout the engagement delivery life cycle.

Andrea brings over 30 years of experience in consulting and information technology to NET(net).  Beginning her career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Andrea was one of the founding members of its Change Management practice, working with client companies such as Kraft, Sears and Waste Management where she led a team responsible for one of the first large-scale usages of computer-based application training to support the rollout of new financial and customer service systems.  Joining TSC as a Principal, Andrea worked with marquis clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Harry and David, and Whirlpool, performing both Change Management Consulting as well as directing Systems and User Acceptance testing organizations.   As a Partner at CSC, Andrea served in several senior management positions including Chief Knowledge Officer for the Consulting Group, Operations Director for the Organizational Change Management practice and Leader of CSC’s Global Expert Group in Organizational Change Management.  Her extensive experience working with clients on large-scale business transformation, organizational change and business process redesign engagements, mostly centered around large-scale technology implementations, gives her unique insight into the business needs of NET(net)’s clients.

Andrea graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Communication Studies.  She resides in the Chicago area with her husband and six children.

Barbara Yeung

Technical Account Manager

As Technical Account Manager, Barbara is responsible for cultivating and maintaining key client relationships and ensuring complete client satisfaction for NET(net)’s Managed Services engagements in the UK and EMEA region.  Her client centric focus will result in high quality engagements that deliver the utmost value to NET(net)’s Managed Services Clients throughout the length of the engagement.

With over 20 years of experience delivering major business change and IT transformation programs within large complex organizations, Barbara brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and capability to this position.  Her background spans across the areas of finance, performance, business intelligence, procurement, supplier management, contract management and business process improvements.  Using her expertise, she has consistently delivered clients’ savings in excess of £tens of millions.

Carrie Foley

Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager, Carrie is responsible for maintaining key client relationships and ensuring the unique NET(net) resources are properly engaged to provide maximum value in our client relationships.

Carrie brings with her over 18 years of strategy development, technology delivery, negotiating and overseeing Government contracts.  Most recently, Carrie worked as a Subject Matter Expert of Contracts & Proposals providing Federal agencies and industry partners with an enterprise-wide package of services including operations support, IT Services, Facilities Management and Operations Services.  For  nearly 10 years, Carrie worked for Raytheon Company dealing with the Department of Defense and large government contracts as their Contracts and Proposals SME.   She was responsible for supporting daily functions on over 30 contracts (Domestic and International) with ceiling totals over $44B and multiple task orders approaching $900M in funding for 2014.

Carrie has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science  from Indiana University.

Matthew Ryan

Director, Value Creation

Matt Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Business Administration.  Matt has accumulated his skills over the past 5 years by holding different negotiation positions at major technology companies.  Matt's experience working in different roles at the negotiation table enables him offer clients unique insight.

Matt is located in the Boston, Massachusetts.  He enjoys Boston sports, traveling, and spending time with family.  

Aniele Ricco

Value Delivery Manager, LATAM

Aniele is Value Delivery Manager for Latam & Caribbean Region. In this role, Aniele works as a Business Analyst, Engagement Services Manager and Service Delivery Management support to clients in Brazil.

Aniele has been working in the IT field for 11 years. Her previous experience includes Mainframe Operator, Subject Matter Expert, Senior Consultant Analyst, Scrum Master and Project Manager. She also holds certifications on FCE, ITIL, PSM I and Design Thinking.

Aniele holds a Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing Degree from FATEC University. She lives in Brazil with her husband and son. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Tjeerd Edelman

EVP, Global Services

Tjeerd Edelman is the EVP of Global Services at NET(net). In this position Tjeerd oversees the Global Services division of NET(net) with a focus on Financial Services. Tjeerd will be responsible for The Global Services Team, NET(net)’s Specialization in the Financial Services Industry, driving Managed Services Programs deployed at our largest and most strategic clients, and leading our Global Expansion ambitions. 

Tjeerd is known in the industry as a thought leader in the management of technology including strategic sourcing, and supplier management, and has extensive experience with sophisticated business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. During his 20+ years career, Tjeerd has worked for various global Banking and Insurance companies in a variety of procurement and supplier management positions. He understand the challenges the Banking and Insurance industry is facing, and has worked with executive stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance to address them. 

Most recently, Tjeerd was the Founder and CEO of Orange Procurement Consulting (OPC) which was acquired by NET(net) in November of 2017.  Orange has provided services to leading Banking and Financial Services companies on multiple continents around the world.

Tjeerd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the The Hague School of Applied Sciences. Although originally from The Netherlands, Tjeerd has been living with his family in the USA since 2001. He enjoys cooking, reading and music.

Ailaneth Rosales

Service Delivery Manager, LATAM

Ailaneth has been working in diverse industries such as Pharmaceutical, Construction and Research for over 10 years, and in those roles has developed expertise around Project and Supplier Management, Process Safety, Compliance and Engineering.

Most recently, Ailaneth was with GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) Pharmaceutical where she gained direct experience with project purchasing, capital budget tracking and forecasting, risk analysis,  process improvement, and many other areas that will benefit NET(net) clients through her management of engagements and service delivery.

She achieved a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.  Residing in Panama, Ailaneth is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Chris Hirst

SVP, Client Services

Canadian by birth, Chris moved to the United States in the early 2000’s and began his career in technology with WorldPay as a Regional Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  While at WorldPay Chris created and implemented a national referral network to be utilized by field teams throughout the United States.  Chris completed his WorldPay tenure as a Vice President of Sales based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Chris has also served as Director of Sales for RS Software, a digital payments company, and as Vice President of Business Development for AgileThought.

Chris is very active in the IT community in Atlanta, belonging to several networking groups and organizations.  He has served on the Board of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) and volunteers with WIT (Women in IT), ATP (Atlanta Technology Professionals).  Additionally, he donates time and energy mentoring students in the TechBridge Career Program.

Chris is married with three children and lives in the greater Atlanta area.  When he is not volunteering his time to various organizations, he is passionate about hockey, being outdoors, and endeavoring to live his best life.

Philippe Anav

As the Sr. Vice President of Value Creation, Philippe leads NET(net)’s efforts in helping Clients optimize their infrastructure investments in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and continually works to improve the Cloud Cost Optimization (‘CCO’)  methodologies for NET(net).

Philippe brings 20 years of pricing and deal experience  in the areas of IT outsourcing, professional services, cloud infrastructure and Saas.

Philippe came to NET(net) from AWS  Strategic Customer Engagement team, responsible for strategy, structure and negotiation of enterprise agreements.  Prior to AWS, Philippe was a VP commercial pricing & strategy at GE Digital. He has also worked in management roles at Unisys, ISG, HPE  and CapGemini. 

Philippe is located in California,  holds an MBA from UC Berkeley, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon, France.
