    Giving Back

    NET(net) believes in team work, and when it comes to philanthropic activities and charitable interests, we seek strong alignment between our owners, employees, partners, clients, and communities in which we live and work. We take pride in empowering and supporting those who give back in ways that fit their values and priorities and believe that a special bond is formed when we work together in these ways to bring more value to the world.

     

    With this in mind, the company created an integrated philanthropy model, whereby it donates:

    1% of the time of its employees

    1% of annual company annual revenue*, and

    1% of the company’s profit 

    Contributions are made to a variety of charitable organizations and philanthropic interests, many of which are recommended by our employees, our clients and our partners.  The company also offers a 100% match of employee contributions.

    *Annual Revenue amounts and charities are determined and chosen by location, for example 1% of UK revenue is contributed to UK based charities.

    We also find that many of our employees, partners and clients support a wide variety of philanthropic causes and charitable intersts that may have touched their lives in very special ways, and it's an honor to be in a position to support them in these pursuits as giving is a privilege.
