Read moreKellsey Le has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NET(net) Inc. since 2013. She is responsible for aligning the entire organization to the goals and objectives of its commercial clients and integrating the functional teams to deliver exceptional value and impactful results. Ms. Le has served in multiple roles during her 15+ year tenure at NET(net) from managing client and partner relationships, leading Client Services and Professional Services functional groups, and most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer with global rollup responsibilities for all field and business operations.
Under Ms. Le’s leadership, NET(net) has over-achieved value and growth targets while maintaining excellent Client satisfaction rates in all measured categories and has been a key sponsor of the company’s high performance culture. Furthermore, Ms. Le has been integral to the successful launch of several new lines of service at NET(net), including developing a prototype for the value delivery service model. She led the process of creating the company’s Private Equity program, and has driven considerable achievements for the firm. In addition, Ms. Le has also been critical to the success of NET(net)’s expansion into Europe.
Ms. Le has been awarded with NET(net)’s Most Valuable Person award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 for consistent overachievement of company goals and was promoted in 2007 to oversee the company’s client services operations globally. She was promoted again in 2009 to NET(net)’s Chief Operating Officer. She assumed the additional responsibilities of President and Chief Operating Officer on January 2011.
Prior to joining NET(net), Ms. Le worked in management roles at Computer Associates and has more than 15 years of experience managing high-performing teams. Ms. Le is known for her energy, work ethic, passion for excellence, and delivery of exceptional client value with the highest standards, resulting in high client satisfaction.
Ms. Le graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
Ms. Le is committed to many humanitarian issues, philanthropic interests, and charitable causes, including the Boys and Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Ms. Le leads NET(net)’s integrated philanthropy programs and pursuits in this regard.
As Chief Financial Officer, Sue directs NET(net)’s back office functions and supply chain including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Administration on a global scale.
Sue’s previous experience includes 28 years with Huntington Bank. She has a varied banking and financial services background including management, accounting, audit and lending. She has a passion for excellence and has been instrumental in driving forward projects involving business process redesign and standardization. Sue enjoys and places a high priority on developing productive business relationships.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in General Business, as well as an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree in Computer Information Systems.
She devotes some of her free time to visiting patients and families at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital with her registered therapy dog, a golden retriever named Flynn.

Dexter has been working in the technology field for 20+ years, starting his career at MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon Business), where he gained experience holding several leadership positions over the ensuing nine years, ending his tenure as the New England States Service Manager, Corporate Accounts.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CIO Magazine’s, CIO Executive Council, Dexter led a doubling of revenue and clients in four years along with the successful launch of several new products and services including Pathways program for CIO staff. Following CIO, as part of the executive leadership team with then start up xPeerient, Dexter was instrumental in growing and managing the company’s client experience while simultaneously developing the underlying processes to manage them. xPeerient was eventually acquired by NET(net). Most recently at alfabet AG, Dexter led the North America sales team and its integration and acquisition by Software AG.
Before entering the professional world, Dexter spent several years living and going to school in Australia and Hong Kong, and has traveled extensively in Asia Pac. He received his B.S. in Management from Elmira College, and completed an International Management internship with McDonald’s & HAVI Corporation, Asia Pacific. He also supports building relationships with business development and channel partners, as well as global strategic alliances with synergy partners.
Prior to joining NET(Net), Bob was the General Manager at a San Francisco–based Private Equity Fund. He has also worked for almost 25 years with several of the largest enterprise software suppliers, including SAP, PeopleSoft, in various strategy, sales and service delivery roles. He started his career at American Management Systems (AMS) a large systems integrator managing large implementation project and product support.
Bob is located in California, holds a master’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science from Heidelberg University.
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Eric is responsible for client relationship management and directing new client acquisitions in the Western U.S. He also oversees and manages the success of several strategic partners. Eric’s goals are to bring the right NET(net) solution to address clients’ needs, enabling the optimal economic and strategic value from their IT investments, while also ensuring client satisfaction and other key performance indicators for the firm.
Eric’s extensive 35 years of experience in the technology industry brings significant value to NET(net) and our clients. Focus areas include enterprise software sales and maintenance, building new business value, and developing partner relationships and solutions to exceed client expectations. Eric most recently served as the VP of Sales – West Region, for a consulting and managed services provider. He has held numerous positions in sales, sales management, marketing, and project management at SAP, PeopleSoft, Successfactors, and other vertical market solutions.

This is often accomplished by helping his clients rationalize and optimize infrastructure and telecom investments to ensure spending is rightsized and configured to purpose—and value is maximized.
Dave has 30 years of experience in IT, including significant expertise in the networking and telecommunications marketplace and in the design, planning, and implementation of the networked technical infrastructures. He brings a wealth of experience in information technology, first in IT leadership positions working for large enterprises in communications and technical infrastructure management, data center operations, and Chief Security Officer roles, followed by 17 years of IT-related consulting, serving on behalf of hundreds of clients in North America and overseas. He is also a skilled communicator and a subject matter expert on telecommunications history and policies.
Dave is a successful IT team leader, as well as a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience managing large and successful projects, notably large-scale network implementation efforts, data center implementations/relocations, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and technical enterprise architecture planning. He is a skilled negotiator in all things infrastructure and telecommunications, including storage, networking, servers, cloud services, data centers, MPLS, VoIP and related managed services. His experience extends to assisting clients with Oracle and SAP hosting agreements, and with his background in application development, his skill reaches into negotiating Oracle-related systems integration and application management and support agreements.
Given his long tenure at NET(net), Dave has been instrumental in developing the telecommunications and IT technical infrastructure practice at NET(net) from the ground up, staking market leadership positions in telecommunications, data center and infrastructure, wide-area networking, ERP hosting, outsourcing and managed services investment value optimization. In addition to his Value Creation service delivery responsibilities for our clients, Dave has responsibilities for leadership in sales, recruiting, practice development, methodology development and business strategy planning at NET(net).

Andrea brings over 30 years of experience in consulting and information technology to NET(net). Beginning her career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Andrea was one of the founding members of its Change Management practice, working with client companies such as Kraft, Sears and Waste Management where she led a team responsible for one of the first large-scale usages of computer-based application training to support the rollout of new financial and customer service systems. Joining TSC as a Principal, Andrea worked with marquis clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Harry and David, and Whirlpool, performing both Change Management Consulting as well as directing Systems and User Acceptance testing organizations. As a Partner at CSC, Andrea served in several senior management positions including Chief Knowledge Officer for the Consulting Group, Operations Director for the Organizational Change Management practice and Leader of CSC’s Global Expert Group in Organizational Change Management. Her extensive experience working with clients on large-scale business transformation, organizational change and business process redesign engagements, mostly centered around large-scale technology implementations, gives her unique insight into the business needs of NET(net)’s clients.
Andrea graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Communication Studies. She resides in the Chicago area with her husband and six children.
As SVP of Value Delivery, Carrie is responsible for maintaining key client relationships and ensuring the unique NET(net) resources are properly engaged to provide maximum value in our client relationships.
Carrie brings with her over 18 years of strategy development, technology delivery, negotiating and overseeing Government contracts. Most recently, Carrie worked as a Subject Matter Expert of Contracts & Proposals providing Federal agencies and industry partners with an enterprise-wide package of services including operations support, IT Services, Facilities Management and Operations Services. For nearly 10 years, Carrie worked for Raytheon Company dealing with the Department of Defense and large government contracts as their Contracts and Proposals SME. She was responsible for supporting daily functions on over 30 contracts (Domestic and International) with ceiling totals over $44B and multiple task orders approaching $900M in funding for 2014.

Tjeerd is known in the industry as a thought leader in the management of technology including strategic sourcing, and supplier management, and has extensive experience with sophisticated business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. During his 20+ years career, Tjeerd has worked for various global Banking and Insurance companies in a variety of procurement and supplier management positions. He understand the challenges the Banking and Insurance industry is facing, and has worked with executive stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance to address them.
Most recently, Tjeerd was the Founder and CEO of Orange Procurement Consulting (OPC) which was acquired by NET(net) in November of 2017. Orange has provided services to leading Banking and Financial Services companies on multiple continents around the world.
Tjeerd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the The Hague School of Applied Sciences. Although originally from The Netherlands, Tjeerd has been living with his family in the USA since 2001. He enjoys cooking, reading and music.
Ailaneth has been working in diverse industries such as Pharmaceutical, Construction and Research for over 10 years, and in those roles has developed expertise around Project and Supplier Management, Process Safety, Compliance and Engineering.
Most recently, Ailaneth was with GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) Pharmaceutical where she gained direct experience with project purchasing, capital budget tracking and forecasting, risk analysis, process improvement, and many other areas that will benefit NET(net) clients through her management of engagements and service delivery.
She achieved a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Residing in Panama, Ailaneth is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
Austin Zolman is a legacy and third generation of Zolmans to be part of NET(net).
As our Associate, Austin works in all areas of the business, including working with special clients and partners, takes on special projects in the front office in areas such as marketing, investor relations, business development, and brand management. As our Secretary of the Board, he is also responsible for company documents, recording resolutions, and retaining company registers.
Austin graduated from Hope College (Holland, MI) with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his free time, he enjoys being on the golf course, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, and boxing.
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Brendan Seifried is responsible for Client management and commercial expansion of the financial services vertical at NET(net).
Brendan is a technology veteran whose 25+ year career spans hardware, software and service sector domains in executive sales & sales management roles in North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Brendan’s background includes IT Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, Security and Resiliency Services. The majority of his career has been providing and selling solutions to primarily the financial services vertical specific to Operational Resilience and Group Risk for governance and regulation compliance . He has held sales and marketing management roles for Kyndryl (Ireland), IWG Plc. (Regus Workplace Recovery), Strohl Systems (Ireland) Ltd., and CSG Invotas. He also worked at Schlumberger Business Continuity Services (formerly BPSL) in which Brendan was involved in the start-up and eventual sale to HP (Ireland), as well as Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services and IBM (North America).
Brendan graduated from University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Technology in MIS. He currently resides in Ireland with his wife and 2 daughters.
