 VP of Client Services, Northeast & Financial Services U.S.

NET(net) currently has an opening for a VP of Client Services – based in the New York Metropolitan Area.   Your primary responsibility will be to develop, differentiate, evangelize, and create incremental market demand for NET(net).   Your toolkit will contain a comprehensive IT Investment Optimization Service with an integrated sales, digital and social media marketing strategy.  This role would include client and partner acquisition of NET(net)’s Advisory and Optimization Services, as well as continuing to expand the client base of our Managed Services offering.  To support your efforts we have developed a rich, technology-enabled, subscription based SaaS platform for Strategic Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing.

 

Engagement Services Manager (ESM), London (Contractor)

NET(net) is poised for substantial growth and is looking for an Engagement Services Manager (ESM) in EMEA. The ESM plays a critical role in ensuring that all NET(net) engagements are conducted with the highest quality and highest value to the client. ESM’s own the Client experience, which includes providing Clients with clear and timely messages that ensure understanding and Client support for the engagement activities and results. Using inputs from other team members assigned to an engagement, including Client Services, Subject Matter Experts and Negotiator, the ESM assembles timely deliverables ensuring quality and content are sufficient for the client to understand the intended message while obtaining Client support for the engagement objectives. Business Services Administrator, London (Contractor)

Business Development Representative, U.S. or Grand Cayman (Employee) or London (Contractor)

NET(net) currently has three openings for a Business Development Representative.  The position will be based in one of NET(net)’s regional offices (Holland, MI / London / Grand Cayman).  The Business Development Representative will focus primarily on generating demand and leads  specific to growing NET(net)’s portfolio of IT Investment Optimization Services, including the WIN(win) SaaS platform, on a global basis. Qualified leads generated by the Business Development Representative are further progressed by NET(net)’s sales team (Client Services).The role includes direct support for inside sales including outbound calling, email campaign execution,  lead creation, lead development, CRM administration, and general marketing administrative support activities.

Business Analyst, Grand Cayman

Technical Account Manager (TAM), U.S. & Technical Account Manager (TAM), London (Contractor)

Negotiator, US

NET(net) is poised for substantial growth and is looking for a candidate to be a Negotiator in the U.S.  The Negotiator is responsible for planning and conducting structured negotiations to yield exceptional results for Clients. The Negotiator assembles the information necessary from the Client and/or the engagement team members to create a structured negotiation plan which leverages the 3D negotiation techniques including establishing Best Alternative to Negotiated Agreement (BATNA) and Zone of Possible Alternatives (ZOPA), solidification of defection options, identification of value creation elements and structuring the sequencing to affect the maximum result subject to Client constraints. The Negotiator is further responsible to (i) develop negotiation strategies and approaches for input to Client deliverables; (ii) engage with Suppliers to achieve engagement objectives; (iii) collaborate with Subject Matter Expert to track offers and assess progress to targets and additional opportunities that may be available. The Negotiator is expected to reach beyond that which is available unilaterally through market, transaction, configuration, contract and relationship optimization. The Negotiator engages directly with the Supplier to affect the outcome leveraging the Client sanctioned plan and provides feedback to engagement team and Client to report activity and progress.
