Feb. 23,2015

GEORGETOWN, Cayman Islands, February 20, 2015 -- NET(net), the world’s only fully technology enabled IT Investment Optimization and Supplier Lifecycle Management consultancy, announces the release of version 2.0 of WIN(win)™; its award-winning Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Performance Management platform. Fueled by services business growth, enhanced user adoption, and continuous client feedback, WIN(win)™ 2.0 has expanded in several key areas that extends NET(net)’s global services delivery capabilities and provides for an efficient, interactive and cost effective platform for technology buyers to engage with suppliers to conduct business and maximize the performance of the relationship over its lifecycle.

With this new release, NET(net) has fully integrated its professional services delivery model into the WIN(win)™ platform, resulting in a client capability that is a technology enabled business process with an automated workflow consistent with industry leading best practices. Game changing improvements have also been released on the supplier side of the WIN(win)™ platform. By working with technology suppliers to better understand how they work in responding to and communicating with potential buyers in the sourcing process, WIN(win)™ has developed an interface that is ‘team based’ and gives sales and marketing organizations, from the supplier side, the ability to assign roles and responsibilities as needed to allow immediate and efficient team collaboration and prospective client communication. In conjunction with this collaborative team based approach, not only has the overall appearance and workflow been updated to reflect an industry best sourcing process when suppliers respond to a RFx or buyer inquiry, the process has been streamlined, significantly reducing the time required.

NET(net) Founder, Owner, Chairman, and Chief Services Architect, Steven C. Zolman, says, “With disruptive innovations all around us, our clients are looking for high value low cost solutions and the suppliers that can make them work. WIN(win)™ is a great tool to not only ensure there is an objective, evidence based process to govern the evaluation, scoring, and selection of potential suppliers, but also to effectively manage the agreement, the investment, and the relationship – mitigating cost and risk, and maximizing the realization of value and benefits. The technology enablement of our professional services business via WIN(win)™ has resulted in immediate and impactful benefits to NET(net), our clients, their suppliers, and the market. We now deliver a higher level of service - which has enabled our team of experts to help clients Find, Get, and Keep more value in their technology supply chain with suppliers who are capable of meeting client requirements for the long term.”

NET(net) President and CEO, Kellsey D. Le, says, “Providing a better client experience is always top of mind for our organization.  With this latest WIN(win)™ release, we’ve reset the bar again on what it takes to deliver world class value and service. What’s really exciting about this update, is that we’ve managed to simultaneously drive efficiencies in our professional services delivery model while exponentially increasing our ability to drive and create value in client engagements. The results have been immediate and profound as we’ve seen engagement enhancements translate into better results and longer lasting client satisfaction. Clients are looking to NET(net) for more than just the one off or point in time engagements, and now consider us a long term strategic partner that delivers ongoing services to manage their most strategic supplier agreements, investments, and relationships to mitigate cost and risk and maximize the realization of value and benefits. The NET(net) professional services delivery model powered by WIN(win)™ positions us to be able to deliver as a strategic partner for long into the future.”
