Holland, Mich. - NET(net), the world’s leading provider of comprehensive IT Investment Optimization Services, announces the appointment and promotion of Kellsey D. Le to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, assuming the position from company Founder, Steven C. Zolman, who remains Chairman of the Board of Directors and becomes the company’s Chief Services Architect.  Mr. Zolman will primarily focus on expanding NET(net)’s service offerings, as well as the firm’s globalization strategy and ongoing development in Asia, Latin America and Europe.

“After nearly 10 years of loyal service, exceptional performance, and high client satisfaction ratings, Kellsey is the perfect and only choice for CEO,” said Mr. Zolman. “As her track record suggests, there are seemingly no targets she can’t hit.”

Ms. Le has served in multiple roles during her 10 year tenure at NET(net) from managing client relationships and leading Client Services and Professional Services functional groups, and most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer with global rollup responsibilities for field and business operations.  Ms. Le has also been critical to the success of NET(net)’s expansion into Europe.  Ms. Le has led the process of creating the company’s private equity program, and has driven considerable achievements for the firm.  In addition, Ms. Le developed a prototype for the value delivery service model and has been a key sponsor of the company’s high performance culture.  This leadership transition comes at a time when the company is celebrating 41 consecutive profitable quarters, 11 consecutive years of forecast achievement, and 10 years of triple digit earnings growth.  According to Mr. Zolman, “The business has never been in a better state.  At the same time, I believe Kellsey will put us on a different trajectory, one that will help us scale to new heights.”

Prior to joining NET(net) in 2003, Ms. Le worked in sales management roles at Computer Associates and has nearly 20 years of experience managing high-performing teams. Ms. Le is known for her honesty, integrity, energy, work ethic, passion for excellence and delivery of exceptional value with the highest standards.

Ms. Le graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and is active in industry and community outreach programs, including being the company’s committee lead on all philanthropic interests and activities.

New CEO, Ms. Le says, “Taking over as CEO will be an incredible opportunity to continue the stellar 10-year legacy that Mr. Zolman constructed.  His tenure as CEO is truly unprecedented with the achievement of 10 consecutive years of triple digit earnings growth, but I am excited by the challenge, and eager to take on the responsibility to lead NET(net) to the next level globally.”
