The NET(net) team is composed of industry experts and seasoned professionals averaging 25 years of experience.

Our management team combines backgrounds from the client side, the supplier side, and functional perspectives from business, IT, finance, procurement, legal, and supplier and contract management. This gives our clients a 360-degree perspective of the agreements they have, the investments they make, and the relationships they manage and makes us extremely efficient at working with cross-functional teams to help clients minimize the costs and risks and maximize the realization of value and benefit in their technology supply chains.

As the Chief Services Architect, Mr. Zolman shapes the company's research and development investments, is committed to providing an exceptional services capability, and occassionally participates directly in large scale and/or industry altering deals where his unique blend of skills are required to generate the performance needed to achive client objectives. 

Prior to this, Mr. Zolman served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2002-2012.  During this 10 year span, the company delivered over 100,000% returns of shareholder equity; one of the greatest company returns ever recorded.

Kellsey Le has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NET(net).Inc since 2013. She is responsible for aligning the entire organization to the goals and objectives of its commercial clients and integrating the functional teams to deliver exeptional value and impactful results. Ms. Le has served in multiple roles during her 10+ year tenure at NET(net) from managing client and partner relationships, leading Client Services and Professional Services functional groups, and most recently as the President and CEO with global rollup responsibilities for all field and business operations.

Mr. Welsh is the Executive Vice President of Value Delivery at NET(net).  He has been with NET(net) since 2007 and currently leads NET(net)’s global services team with innovation and solutions for Clients.  Mr. Welsh has led the NET(net) services team in delivering incremental value of over $150 billion.

Mr. Welsh has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an International Business concentration.  Mr. Welsh’s accumulated his expertise by serving Clients for more than 23 years, including providing innovative IT and business solutions while at firms like Accenture and Diamond Technology Partners.

As General Manager Americas, Bob manages and oversees both the NET(net) Client Services and Value Teams.  His responsibilities include successful delivery of NET(net) services to clients, managing the new client acquisition team, and delivery of the Find / Get / Keep value process through project execution. Bob is spearheading the deployment of the WIN(win)(TM) technology-enabled business process throughout the NET(net) client base in order to integrate best practices for long-term value harvesting and strategic supplier management.  He also supports building relationships with business development and channel partners, as well as global strategic alliances with synergy partners.

Prior to joining NET(Net), Bob was the General Manager at a San Francisco–based Private Equity Fund. He has also worked for almost 25 years with several of the largest enterprise software suppliers, including SAP, PeopleSoft, in various strategy, sales and service delivery roles.  He started his career at American Management Systems (AMS) a large systems integrator managing large implementation project and product support.

Bob is located in California, holds a master’s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Political Science from Heidelberg University.

As Executive Vice President of Latin America and Caribbean region, Luis’s primary focus is building and sustaining close relationships with NET(net)’s Client executives, assisting them with their strategic IT planning, and enabling them to get the best value with their IT investments.

Luis joined NET(net) in August of 2012 and he has managed, several successful projects in the region, accomplishing the same level of savings that NET(net) has achieved in its projects around the World.

He brings the company more than 25 years of executive experience. Luis has gained that experience in various market segments such as: banking, auto parts, the food industry, software, highway concessions and turnaround projects. As CFO, COO and CEO of organizations in these market segments, he has been able to produce proven achievements.

As an executive who has experience managing IT responsibilities, Luis understands the value that NET(net) can offer as an IT strategic purchasing partner for obtaining and maintaining value for its clients worldwide and more specifically in the Brazilian market.

Luis graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI – Brazil). He also holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC – Brazil and an MBA in Controlling from USP – Brazil. His entrepreneurial spirit, multi-market experience and strong academic background brings a broad range of value to the NET(net) organization.

Luis lives in Brazil with his wife and three children. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and also speaks Spanish and Italian. He enjoys cooking and playing tennis and dedicates part of his free time to assisting and sponsoring an institution that cares for, educates and rehabilitates more than 40 children with Down Syndrome living in Sao Paulo.

Dexter Siglin is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at NET(net).  In this role, he leads the effort in developing strategies, programs, and services that align with NET(net)’s strategic goals around delivering long term client value from it’s Find, Get, and Keep Value services.

Dexter has been working in the technology field for 18 years, starting his career at MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon Business), where he gained experience holding several leadership positions over the ensuing nine years, ending his tenure as the New England States Service Manager, Corporate Accounts.   As Vice President of CIO Magazine’s, CIO Executive Council, Dexter led the Sales and Marketing teams that realized a doubling of revenues in four years and the successful launch of several new products and services.  Following CIO, as part of the executive leadership team with then start up xPeerient, Dexter was instrumental in growing and managing the company’s client experience while simultaneously developing the underlying processes to manage them.  xPeerient was eventually acquired by NET(net).  Most recently at alfabet AG, Dexter led the North America sales team and its integration and acquisition by Software AG.

Before entering the professional world, Dexter spent several years living and going to school in Australia and Hong Kong, and has traveled extensively in Asia Pac. He received his B.S. in Management from Elmira College, and completed an International Management internship with McDonald’s Corporation, Asia Pacific.  Dexter lives in the metro Boston, Massachusetts area with his wife and three children.

As Vice President of Business Operations, Sue manages NET(net)’s back office functions and supply chain including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Administration on a global scale.

Sue’s previous experience includes 28 years with Huntington Bank.  She has a varied banking and financial services background including management, accounting, audit and lending.  She has a passion for excellence and has been instrumental in driving forward projects involving business process redesign and standardization.  Sue enjoys and places a high priority on developing productive business relationships.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in General Business, as well as an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree in Computer Information Systems.

She devotes some of her free time to visiting patients and families at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital with her registered therapy dog, a golden retriever named Flynn.
