NET(net) worked with the client to develop the requirements for services that aligned with their business needs, developed the RFP, and led a multi-supplier negotiation to ensure the optimal solution was selected for each service, balancing cost with service levels and supplier commitments.  Our client upgraded their voice and data networks using an integrated MPLS solution, while saving $5.8M over their current spending, a 38% reduction, and realizing an incremental value of $1.4M in other value-added services.
