Chen Joins NET(net) Asia as Client Services Director for Mainland China

NET(net) has announced the hiring of Henry Chen to serve as Client Services Director for Mainland China.  This new position is a key part of NET(net)’s comprehensive expansion plan into the larger Asian market.  Mr. Chen will primarily focus on replicating NET(net)’s international success into the territory, enhancing relationships with the current client base and introducing services to the Chinese clientele.

Henry brings more than 12 years of experience in the application software industry in Mainland China, ranging from Sales to Business Management.  He was the Country Manager of Torex Business Solution, a UK based retail solution provider.  Henry started the operation in China creating the most established solution in the food and beverage industry in that region.  Prior to that time, he spent 8 years as an account manager with SSA (later acquired by Infor), a global enterprise solution provider, selling ERP software to the manufacturing industry.  As a top performer, he became the Sales Director for SCM Solution Division, driving both direct and channel business in the Greater China area.  Before working in the IT industry, Mr. Chen started his career working in the sales and marketing departments with Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle and Metro Hypermarket.

Mr. Chen graduated from Maritime University in Shanghai, China, where he majored in International Trading.  He lives with his wife and daughter just outside the Shanghai City Center and enjoys tennis, soccer, traveling, and watching movies.  Henry is fluent in English and Mandarin, eliminating the language barrier and bridging the gap to the Far East culture.
